With the new building, our great hospital will be exceptional. With construction planned on the current hospital site, the new facility will ensure the WLMH is positioned to meet the evolving needs of our community. In addition to the high quality services already provided, the new building will include:
> a dedicated out-patient care centre
> bone densitometry, and
> CT scanning services.
These new services will provide greater patient care - closer to home. Our vision is to offer the full range of care all on the same campus - from newborn to palliative care and from illness prevention to acute medical/surgical treatment. Integrated with the network of health care services in western Niagara, the WLMH will provide better, quicker and more seamless health care services to patients.
