In the hospital we need to take extra care not to spread germs from one place or person to another.  Hand washing is the single most important way to stop the spread of infection.  We ask that you wash your hands every time you enter the hospital and as necessary, during your visit.  Waterless handwash stations are located throughout the hospital.

We may also ask visitors to use masks, gowns and gloves while visiting patients or, if necessary, we may restrict visiting while patients are isolated.
